This Privacy Policy explains how QR Menu (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when restaurant owners (“merchants”) and their customers use the platform at qrmenu.ajaysukhadewe.com.

From merchants:

• Name, email address, and phone number when you create an account;
• Restaurant details — name, logo, menu items, prices, table list, UPI ID;
• Order, billing, and sales data generated while using the Service.

From restaurant customers:

• Order details (items, table number, special notes) — no account or sign-up is required;
• An anonymous browser session identifier so you can track your own order status;
• Optional feedback ratings and comments after an order is served.

We do not collect customer names, phone numbers, or payment card details.

• To operate the digital menu, ordering, kitchen, and billing features;
• To show merchants their own sales reports and analytics;
• To provide customer support and service updates;
• To improve the reliability and security of the platform.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Subscription payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store your card, bank, or UPI credentials. Customer food payments are made directly to the restaurant (e.g., via the restaurant's own UPI QR or cash) and never pass through us.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and role-based access controls, so each restaurant can only access its own data. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage for sign-in sessions, cart contents, and order tracking. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Merchant data is retained while the account is active. You may request export or deletion of your restaurant's data at any time by contacting us; we will act on such requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
