Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the QR Menu platform (“Service”), available at qrmenu.ajaysukhadewe.com, operated by Ajay Sukhadewe (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Service
QR Menu provides a QR-code-based digital menu and table-ordering system for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and other food businesses. Features include digital menus, table-wise QR codes, order management, kitchen order screens, billing, coupons, customer feedback, and sales reports, depending on the subscribed plan.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate business and contact information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscription and payment
The Service is offered on monthly subscription plans as published on our Pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Your responsibilities
As a restaurant operator using the Service, you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of your menu, prices, and food descriptions shown to customers;
- Food quality, preparation, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI and local regulations;
- Fulfilling and serving orders placed by your customers through the platform;
- Collecting payment from your customers (the platform displays your UPI details; we do not hold customer payments);
- Handling customer complaints related to food and service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting unauthorised access, uploading unlawful content, infringing third-party intellectual property, or using the Service to mislead customers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance or factors beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. Support is available via WhatsApp, phone, and email as listed on our Contact Us page.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, remains our property. Your menu content, logo, and business data remain yours; you grant us a licence to host and display them solely to provide the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between you and your customers.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy). We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms after reasonable notice. On termination, you may request an export of your menu data within 30 days.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
