Shipping & Delivery Policy

QR Menu is a fully digital software service (SaaS). There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped by courier and no shipping charges apply.

Your account and subscription features are activated immediately after successful payment — in most cases within a few minutes, and no later than 24 hours. You will receive access confirmation on your registered contact details.

• Access to your restaurant admin panel at qrmenu.ajaysukhadewe.com;
• Downloadable, print-ready QR code posters for each of your tables;
• Kitchen and billing screens as per your subscribed plan.

QR codes are provided digitally (PNG download). Printing and physically placing standees at tables is done by the restaurant.

If your account is not activated within 24 hours of payment, contact us via WhatsApp or email (see our Contact Us page) with your payment reference — we will activate it on priority or refund the payment as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
